General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Elite Decoration website. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Elite Decoration reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Orders & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver throughout the Netherlands and select European countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and your location. Large or heavy items such as wall panels may require special delivery arrangements.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Dutch consumer law. Products must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged condition. Custom or made-to-order items are excluded from returns.
Warranty
All products sold by Elite Decoration come with a manufacturer warranty. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Liability
Elite Decoration is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Installation advice provided on our website is for guidance only.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent court in the Netherlands.
